Woodlands Assisted Living of Rockland’s Alzheimer’s Care Residence will be located on the site of the former Shore Village Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at 201 Camden St. The facility is currently undergoing a comprehensive remodeling and new construction project in order to create a home-like, secured environment specially designed to preserve the dignity, autonomy and emotional health of people with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments.

We have drawn from our own experience as well as incorporated the most successful concepts in memory loss care from all around the country in planning the physical environment, program of care, services, amenities, activities and staff training.
